When title of chart is very long, it covers the left axis

Steps to reproduce

Open the Beluga storyline on mobile
Scroll to 'Total releases to water compared to the water and wastewater system sector releases' chart
Look at chart title

Expected behavior

I expect the chart title to not cover the chart axis

Actual behavior

Top left axis is covered.
