The rest of the code from example was not touched. What can be the reason?

The example project is using v3.2 of fb graph api whereas you're using 4.0. Maybe this is the reason you're getting a 400 Bad request error. Maybe fb changed the request payload. Change the below and then try:

Thank you @rampatra. I have changed it on v3.2 but it not helped me. Regard this on webhooks settings page I can select just api 4.0.

Oh, that's weird. I see all the options (see attached screenshot below). I think I need to check the latest api spec. There's a high probability that they have changed the payload. So, I need to change the model in fb bot.
