Can't scroll all the way to bottom on some track listings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to an album with 10 tracks, the first 8 are shown before scrolling
down (screenshot 1).
2. Can scroll all the way to the bottom of the list and can see the last
track "In the Backseat" (screenshot 2).
3. Switch back to the "now playing" screen, Then go back to the track
listing and scroll down again it only shows the next-to-last track
(screenshot 3).
4. Tap-hold the list and pull up to be able to see the last track
(screenshot 4). if let go, it goes out of view again (as shown in
screenshot 3).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
