Old artists/playlists/tracks still appear in the browser after selecting a different one till refresh

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While browsing through artists / albums / playlists, clear the lists
between each browse. For example if I browse Artist A -> Album A -> track
listing, then go back to the artist list and browse to Artist B, the album
listing shows for Artist A until Artist B's album list loads, same for
track listings.
