currently playing track #22

on the flipside of the currentlyplaying (tracklist)  would be nice to have
currently playing track highlighted.  
the current build has currently_playing_arrow.png (which sounds like an
upcoming,related feature) missing;  so build is broken but this can be
ignorned by turning off as a target.

when the track advances (end of song detected) the old track remains hilighted.
