Upgrade psr/http-message to version 2.0 #8

Hi

Would it be possible for you to upgrade your package to use psr/http-message: ^2.0?

Hey, @aedart. Is this something you'd be interested in submitting a PR for? I'd be happy to merge it in and tag a release.

Hi @ramsey I can give this a try. However, it might be a while before I can find the time to do so (could be weeks before I can start to look at this). Is that okay with you?
