Have you considered creating a box for qemu

I am interested in the performance difference

I can post some outputs of sysbench the most rudimentary brief performance test. You should get around ten (10) as output on a normal machine

On a qemu box it was exactly the same as the host amazing

Exact one for one CPU performance. That surprised me

Is the qemu box running on Apple hardware?

I will likely archive this repository, since I no longer have a need for it. You're welcome to fork it and keep it alive, though. :-)
