Describe your issue

I keep getting bad request when uploading videos, is there a size requirement that must be uphold or something similar that can cause bad requests on upload video?

Alright thanks, do you have any idea where i can find the ranges i can use? seems like everywhere i look i get a specific size, not a range...

Im sorry, i don't understand, what are those numbers? i searched online, and it says recommended vertical/landscape pixels is 1080x608 pixels, but when i try to upload in that format, i get the format not correct error.

I hope you have time to help me out, what are the recommended pixels for landscape and portrait that it will actually accept?

Ill gladly donate for an answer if you have time :)
