Hi, @ramtingh I am very interested in Automated Segmentation of Coronary Arteries.So,I try to search open source and data,and I found the ASOCA challenge and also found this GitHub block. Are you the challenge organizers of ASOCA？ I already clicked the “join” button, but I still do not have permission to download the data. Any chance you could supply the ASOCA dataset for me？ Thank you very much!!!

Its taken quite a long time to get a proper repository set up for this data. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do to speed up that process. I might set up a temporary one to avoid further delays in the data being available.

The dataset is available on the UK Data Service: https://reshare.ukdataservice.ac.uk/855916/. In theory you should be able to request access through Reshare.

Since I don't have much experience with UK Data service and we're still ironing out the process, there's also a form (https://forms.office.com/r/HK38BahFiM) to request access to a copy of the data hosted on UNSW servers. Eventually we will stop using this but the quickest method to get access at this time would be to fill out this form.
