Вifferentiate timeout for read response and timeout for connection #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I try to set different timeout for connection and read response in 
HttpTransportSE.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
API doesn't allow me to do it. I try to extend ServiceConnectionSE and so on, 
but I can't do it because connection is a private field in ServiceConnectionSE. 
So, I have to write my own version for ServiceConnectionSE with different 
timeout. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use Android 4.4.4 with 3.0.0 version of ksoap2-android, but I looked at 
source code for 3.5.0. 

Please provide any additional information below.
