Does not run on Windows XP #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chronolapse
2. Double-click chronolapse.exe

What is the expected output?
Chronolapse GUI is launched

What do you see instead?
An empty console window with 'chronolapse.exe' as its title.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.1

On what operating system?
Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Works for me! Windows XP SP2. The console window stays open though, which is 
annoying.

Had a tester confirm 1.0.2 runs on Windows XP
