problem w/ polygons crossing the antemeridian (+/-180 longitude) #273

Which products are affected?

Google Earth

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define a Polygon that crosses +/- 180 (see attached KML).

May be same issue documented in 
http://groups.google.com/group/kml-support-getting-

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
polygon 20x20 degrees

even when the polygon is split into a multigeometry, display is not correct at 
+/-180

What application versions (if any) are you using?
5.0.11337.1968 (beta)

Which operating systems and browsers are affected?
Mac 10.5.6
