test coverage #6

Test coverage is at about 20ish% at the moment. 100% is obviously the goal. This isn't super important but the more the merrier. I'll be updating this issue with test coverage progress.

Coverage is now at 35%

Rushed a bit through the last couple features and coverage is now back at 23.6%.
