Deep k8s cluster integration for developers #3219

Problem Description

What I mean is to add ability to connect to all k8s cluster services as if the developer (host) machine was part of the cluster. With exposed cluster dns/localnetwork to host. For example, I want to build an app that will user S3, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres, etc. I'll install Minio, RabbitMQ, CrunchyData operators, basically perform full cluster setup, and want to be able to access minio.cluster.local:9090 from host as if my machine with all the code running was pod in the cluster.

Proposed Solution

Explore possible "out of the box" integrations with Telepresence / Gefyra or any other option.
