Does not respect "Automatically start at login" option in preferences #5131

Actual Behavior

No matter what the value of "Automatically start at login" option in preferences, whether checked or unchecked, Rancher Desktop always startup at login. There is no way to prevent Rancher Desktop to NOT startup at login since that option is not respected/not worked.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure "Automatically start login" option in preferences is unchecked
  2. Restart computer
  3. Observe that Rancher Desktop still automatically startup at login

Result

Rancher Desktop automatically startup at login even though "Automatically start at login" option in preferences is unchecked.

Expected Behavior

Rancher Desktop should NOT automatically startup at login if "Automatically start at login" option in preferences is unchecked.

Hi Thomas. Either Rancher is in the Dock toolbar and Open at login is checked ... or Rancher is in the MacOS OS System Setting / Open at login list.
