Actual Behavior

can't open preferences: empty window on version 1.16

Steps to Reproduce

Open the GUI rancher desktop Click preferences --> window stay white

Result

Expected Behavior

should be able to set preferences

I have this behaviour when I open first time the rancher desktop

I tried also version 1.15, it's same issue
