[SURE-9216] AKS clusters Edit Config screen does not show cluster details after upgrade #721

Issue description:

After upgrading to rancher 2.9.2 when the customer clicks on Edit Config he is prompted to select the credentials. After selecting the credentials the user sees the wrong values in the cluster configuration, as if he is creating a new downstream cluster. But if we just see the values without editing the cluster configuration then we can see the correct values.

@mjura - this needs to go into Rancher 2.9.x and 2.10.x and main (aka 2.11.x) 😉
