Cancel button in the Create form of Infra Provider does not work when no cloud credential is selected #46

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Infrastructure Provider create form.
  2. In the Cloud Credential Dropdown, select Create new, try to click on Cancel button, it does nothing.
  3. Click on Select Existing, the dropdown value should be Select a credential, try to click on Cancel button, it does nothing.

Fixed on 0.5.0-rc1.
