Add MongoDB template #35

Add base image for MongoDB catalog item.

@cloudnautique I compiled and copied the binary of dig in /opt/rancher/bin like in https://github.com/sequenceiq/docker-alpine-dig, it worked perfectly with mongodb container.

I am really bad at naming containers in general :), so feel free to change the names if you have any suggestion on naming the services in docker-compose.yml

@cloudnautique Done for jq too, i added the 1.5 binary directly.

@cloudnautique Fixed, the size of the image is 12 MB now.
