Added RabbiMQ with clustering feature #61

Please look at pull request https://github.com/rancher/community-catalog/pull/151 for info about the new stack I'm adding to the community mantained Rancher catalog.

I think this pull request should really be merged, given that the community catalog that uses the image is merged...no?

The community catalog is merged but is pointing to rdaneel/rabbitmq-conf:0.1.0 docker hub repository. I'd really like to make the community catalog point to an official rancher repository but this would require first merging this PR, then building+pushing the image on Rancher's repo on the Hub and last to change the image name con the catalog to point on rancher's repo.
