Use up-to-date logspout-logstash #84

Fixes https://github.com/rancher/community-catalog/issues/109.

This version brings compatibility with ElasticSearch 2.x (cf https://github.com/looplab/logspout-logstash/issues/11 solved by https://github.com/looplab/logspout-logstash/pull/13).

The build.sh file is required by the new build process.

The logstash.go was not used (go get fetches the file from https://github.com/looplab/logspout-logstash).

Closing as the project is now unmaintained.
