Seen in https://github.com/rancher/charts/pull/1150/checks?check_run_id=2432884734.

Can be reproduced by going back to https://github.com/rancher/charts/commit/eb38d506027557ac8a440b6ef293a9f7b4bc7047 and trying to add os: windows to the Windows image.
