Kube Node labels shown in list and on detail page are inconsistent #10015

Setup

Rancher version: pre release of 2.8.0

Describe the bug

The / Cluster / Node list shows node labels using shell/models/cluster/node customLabels. This has a specific way of filtering labels
The node detail page shows node labels using the generic DetailTop. This has a generic way of filtering labels

Expected Result

We should be consistent in the labels we show

Additional context

Note - this is the kube nodes shown in the explorer view, not the nodes shown in cluster management
