Reduce impact of large node based resources counts on home page

• On the home page we fetch node, nodepools and node templates
• Sometimes there can be many many of these that change regularly
• Investigate why these are needed (assuming it's for a column in the prov cluster table)
• If possible remove or reduce impact
  • If required for column in table change to live load type and fetch resources directly (consider collecting all in page and doing together using filtering)
  • If socket updates aren't required, don't subscribe
