[backport v2.9.3] Sorting on last login in the Rancher UI not working properly #12057

Sorting by last login will produce unexpected results in large groups of users.

Last login sorting working as expected. follow-up issue logged for improvements https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/12312
