Improve cluster explorer resource search

• Search should also work on the native resource as well as our label for that resource
  • Our label (search applied to) Authentication Providers
  • Native name (search not applied to) management.cattle.io.authconfig
• Search should be on partial character match
  • crd should match CustomResourceDefinition
  • pd should match pod
  • ss should match statefulsets
