Allow RKE2 machine pools to be cloned while creating/editing a cluster #3769

Rancher server version v2.6.0-rc2

  1. From cluster management page, click on create rke2 node driver vsphere
  2. Provide the cloud credentials
  3. Add more than 1 pool, for each pool all the options should b added multiple times.
  4. We can have a clone, that can be used for all the pools to avoid redundancy

All the details provided in the pool1 need to be provided in pool2 from the above screenshot

This enhancement would be convenient for users, which might be nice since there is no plan to support node templates for RKE2 (details here https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/5981).

@catherineluse why is there no plan to support node templates in RKE2? If I need to build out several clusters on demand, node templates are very convenient for many reasons. Who on your team thinks this is a bad idea?
