Log aggregation for workloads #5090

From Vince's idea:

You should be able to see all of the logs for a workload by selecting an action from the context menu for that workload.

Currently, if you want to see logs for a workload, you first need to go to the list of all the Pods within the workload and then get logs from individual Pods by clicking the action menu for each Pod. This is inconvenient, so there should also be a quick and easy way to aggregate all of a workload's logs from all of its Pods.
