Delete node pool for rke2 node driver clusters

Setup

Rancher version: 2.6-head d4089da Browser type & version: Chrome

Describe the bug For rke2 node driver clusters, we do not have the option to delete the node pool. The nodes can be scaled down one after the other but we do not have a button to remove all the nodes at once.

To Reproduce

• From cluster management >> create any rke2 node driver cluster with multiple pools.
• Once the cluster is active >> go to the cluster machine pools from cluster management

Result The delete node pool option is not present for the rke2 clusters

Expected Result Expected the node pool delete option be present for rke2 node drivers clusters

Can you delete the node pool from the Edit Config form for the RKE2 cluster?

We don't have any capability to delete node pools in the UI for RKE clusters at the moment as far as I can tell
