Read EC2 instance types from API for RKE1 clusters #5205

Is there any movement on this? The ticket has been open for more than a year and us long time RKE users still don't have an update. Thanks!

This is in Ember and could be part of the migration efforts of the EKS work to Vue. Bumping out though I understand the demand so let's try it in the newer UI.
