Performance: Investigate performance issues when V2 Monitoring is installed.

The Cluster Dashboard page embeds Grafana dashboards - this may lead to some performance issues.

Deploy a cluster with some scale and install V2 Monitoring.

Look for any possible performance issues.

Note - I'm looking into initial load time effect of v2 monitoring on the cluster dashboard page for https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/6504
