BUG -Cosmetic- after successfully installing the Alerting chart, the user is still offered the 'install' button #7883

Setup Rancher local HA 2.7head - 8062f1e

Describe the bug after installing logging chart, the user is given the option to 'install' the chart instead of the option to 'update' the chart.

To Reproduce

  1. navigate to - side menu > apps > charts
  2. install logging
  3. confirm the console says logging is successfully installed
  4. navigate to - side menu > apps > charts
  5. click on the logging app

Result user is prompted with the button to 'install' the chart.

Expected Result user is prompted with the button to update the chart

Additional context every other rancher chart changes the button to update after a successful chart install.

Unable to reproduce in 2.9-head. Going to pass to QA just to have another pair of eyes confirm

@richard-cox Your screen is for logging - this is alert drivers - I still see the issue, but the thing is - you can install Alerting Drivers in any namespace - so there can be multiple installs - so we don't know if it is an upgrade.

I'm not sure there is anything we can do - but I'll push this to 2.10.0 for consideration.
