Add all Banner component use cases in the storybook. #8628

Add all possible use cases that are used in UI for the Banner component in the storybook. This will help us to see all the existing use cases in one place.

Based on a recent spacing issue and review of the injected content, we should probably define a usage case in the guidelines.

@kwwii we should probably list the cases around with https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/issues/8708 and then take decision on how to display this banner.
