Design: Add spacing variables and information to storybook #8762

We need a set of common spacing variables for the UI. These should also be documented in storybook.

I think that it would be useful if we could expand our scale beyond 64px. For example, I recently needed add some padding in Rancher Desktop and ended using 6rem (84px) for padding.

edit: I've been working with this unofficial scale in Rancher Desktop, and it definitely exceeds xxxl 😅
