LDAP login fails after 2.7.6 upgrade from 2.7.5

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.7.6
• Browser type & version: Chrome 116.0.5845.188

Describe the bug After upgrading from 2.7.5 to 2.7.6 I can no longer use any LDAP AD credentials to login to Rancher Manager. On 2.7.5 AD authentication was working fine (have NOT faced bugs #41985, #42120, just upgraded to keep with latest release)

The error message on the login screen is "An error occurred logging in: login is disabled while migration is running". I have waited more than 24hs and still get the same error.

To Reproduce

• Upgraded to 2.7.6 from 2.7.5 with LDAP authentication using Windows Server 2019 domain.
• Tried to remove and add the domain config again but the error persists.

If any workaround is present please let me know.

I have the same problem with version 2.7.9 How to fix this?
