Fix the GH action around updating the readme #262

Currently, when creating a PR for the github action, it tries to update the drone build status.

Can you look into why it's doing that and update the GH action so that it doesn't need to have a manually change to the PR?

The automated PR still tries to update the build status to update it from 2.8 to 2.6. So it still is broken.
