Improve seedimage reference #361

This removes the type: raw and targetPlatform documentation from 1.5 SeedImage reference.

I also reworked the SeedImage reference (for 1.6 and 'next') to include all fields and some information regarding the buildContainer setting, in case anyone will be brave enough to do such a thing.

Last but not least, I took the occasion to also document the ManagedOSVersion.spec.metadata.platforms we just added to the new channels. This also applies to 1.6 and 'next'.
