What are the steps to run a single-node install of rancher-2.2.2 on K3S (inside of K3OS)? Slack

yes please. install the os and then??? it is nothing like the rancheros so I am lost and have no documentation.. there is no package manager!? how can we install docker?

I finally got rancher 2.2.2 working on K3OS !!

It is 2am now in Germany --> I need some sleep. I'll post the installation steps, when I'm awake again.

Although this a single node node installation, you basically need to follow the air-gapped HA helm chart installation of rancher:

First you need to install cert-manager
Then you have to install rancher with replicas set to 1
Finally you have to login in the rancher web-UI and set the server url

Btw: I'm still struggling with CrashLoopBackOffs of the cattle-cluster-agent and cattle-node-agent.

Is it possible to view this in English?

I followed along as best I could but got hung up at the helm section trying to install Rancher 2.4.

Using:

mysql (cluster) for the k3s datastore
nginx loadbalancer for the rancher web interface
two k3os nodes with static IP addresses installed using cloud-config files for the rancher cluster
