[UX] Kubewarden App Version badges styling is misaligned #700

The badges that show the "App Version" and "App Upgrade" on the Dashboard are not aligned correctly:

kw-app-version-badges

They should each be center aligned along with the icon for upgrades. Also the spacing between the upgrade app version and chart version is slightly off.
