The Policy Reporter page will now run the same checks as the Dashboard page to ensure that the user can view the Kubewarden resources and can install Kubewarden before showing anything.
To Test
As an admin install Kubewarden with the policy reporter UI
Create a base user with access to both of the wgpolicyk8s.io types (ClusterPolicyReports and PolicyReports)
Add base user to cluster
Login as base user and navigate to policy reporter
