Automatic upgrades #1038

Be able to support automatic upgrades by perhaps developing a system container that periodically probe for new versions and initiate the upgrade...

@SydOps Docker 1.12 hasn't been released yet. If you want to try one of the RCs on RancherOS checkout the docs on using a custom version of Docker.
