Currently we only have a parser for go automation test results. Implement a similar for python

Hi, folks! I'm Nick, I work at Qase, and I've just accidentally found this issue. Nice to see that you're integrating autotests with Qase.

There's a ready Python SDK and reporters for several Python frameworks here: https://github.com/qase-tms/qase-python. But I guess that you could be using specific tools for testing Rancher. Anyway, feel free to ask questions or send feature requests.
