Things that we will add to the PIT crew as spike items:

Backup operator <> fleet
V2prov <> fleet (double check with hostbusters team)
Bullseye perfomance tests <> fleet (double check with bullseye team)
Cluster updates <> fleet
P0 upgrade test cases in HA Upgrade (TBD and get the final answer from the fleet team)
