First of all, thank you for your contribution. While I understand the idea behind the change, unfortunately we can't merge this.

Of course, you oftentimes want to have firewall rules and restrictions like this. But, the terraform modules in this repo are meant to be for evaluation and demonstration purposes only. As such they should work in all kinds of environments.

This change would create multiple problems:

• A lot of ISPs change IP addresses regularly
• You can't share an environment with a colleague having a different IP
• It could prevent access when you have to go through corporate VPNs or HTTP Proxy
• The script does not work on Windows
• The script does not work when you don't have dig or jq installed
• Installing additional tools or executing "random" scripts may not be possible in corporate environments
• You can't add Kubernetes clusters to the Rancher instance which are outside of the AWS VPC (different regions, different cloud providers) because this communication also would be blocked
• It relies on opendns.com to be available. While it is unlikely to go away, I don't think adding such a dependency to a terraform module is a good idea.
