Dockerfile and release updates to be compatible with arm64 architectures

This PR aim to fix #91 and contains following updates on :

Dockerfile : embed arm64/amd64 kubectl binary according to building target architecture
Release Action : enable multi platform build with linux/arm64 and linux/amd64

@adamkpickering please merge this - seems to work and is important to support all arm64 architectures. It's just a small extension of the build part.
