Summary

Please move the section 'https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/integrations-in-rancher/cloud-marketplace/aws-cloud-marketplace' to the section 'https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/getting-started/quick-start-guides/deploy-rancher-manager/aws-marketplace' in a way that makes sense so customers have one place in the docs to reference the Marketplace Offering.

Hi @kevinayres! Did you want to AWS Marketplace Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) Integration instead of AWS Marketplace Integration added to Rancher Prime AWS Marketplace Quick Start? Should Rancher Prime AWS Marketplace Quick Start only be included in the v2.7 docs since Rancher Prime on AWS Marketplace has Rancher Manager 2.7.9 as the latest version?

The first looks better. Also, it seems that someone has updated the Terraform based solution and may be maintaining this. I can't get confirmation on that. I now think we should also leave the BYOS / Terraform automation page alone.

I'm not understanding the second question. The Quickstart should point to the Prime Marketplace listings (which are currently 2.7.9 but will change)

@kevinayres pertaining to I'm not understanding the second question. It is also in the 2.6/2.8 docs right now

Hi Lucas, I'm adding Ron re: the product. The Prime listing will be updated on a cadence, and so yes I would not limit it to 2.7.9 docs. We should add a note that Prime is published with a given stable version at the time of publishing and to reference the docs version matching the MP listing version. It's not clear to me what caveats there are around upgrading the Prime MP install from 2.7.9 to say 2.8.0. Perhaps Ron can answer. I have not tested it yet. It does not need to be in the 2.6 docs. I believe that you can install the billing adapter etc. but if not formally subscribed via the MP listing, I assume that something breaks along the way.
