Summary
"Catalogs" frequently comes up as an unresolved search. "Catalogs" was the former name for the current section of the UI named "Apps". We don't have a dedicated page in our docs named "Apps" but we do have a "Helm charts in Rancher" page covering similar material. Since Algolia searches on headers, Guna proposed renaming "Helm Charts in Rancher" to "Apps", and adding subsections for "Helm charts in Rancher" and "Catalogs" (noting that this was the former name for this UI element)
