Add list of Rancher Component UIDs to Hardening Guides #149

Currently in Rancher we prescribe a simple mustrunasnonroot option in Hardening guides but customers who need further hardening require specific RunAsUser rules specifying UID values

Currently there isn't an official list of which UIDs Rancher Components use that a customer would need to enable using the base Rancher functionality to satisfy these rules - can this be added to the official documentation
