Certificate Chains aren't well understood by customers.

Rancher agent uses the full chain to connect to rancher server.

Add learning content. Review existing stuff about cert chains. Describe that you have to pass down the construction of the entire chain.

This issue doesn't have enough context for whoever is working on it to understand the problem that would be solved by this documentation. Before this issue can be worked on, it needs more information.

What kind of users need to understand this about certificate chains?
What are some common operations that these people would need to know how to do?
Under what circumstances do you need to do the above?
Who is the best point of contact to work with on this?

Until we understand who we are writing for, we can't work on this issue.

@deniseschannon @catherineluse : After discussing with Sowmya and Izaac, I've come up with an initial draft on aGoogle doc. We aren't sure about the positioning of the content yet, but felt it would be good to have this in a FAQ format. The last section is still WIP, so kindly exclude that. Please could y'all review the rest of it and let me know if there are any additions/modifications you would like to see. Thank you!

Sorry for the late reply, but I don't know much about the content, so you'd have to ask someone else. I like the idea of making it a FAQ but this is something we could also get feedback from our field engineers/support on how they think customers/prospects would think.
