[Rancher2] Update Port Requirements to include Harvester #76

Request Summary: Include port requirements for Ranchers integration with Harvester in the port requirements documentation

Details: Verify Harvester needs the same ports as other "Node Template" driven clusters Assuming it is the same, add Harvester to the diagram for "Downstream Kubernetes Cluster Nodes"

If harvester needs any additional ports opened it should be documented here

Checking into this with the Harvester team and will update when I have more info.
